¼ Sides of Grass fed Black Angus Beef
This Angus beef was raised in BC's Caribou Country on Brome, Wheat, and Alfalfa grasses. It is lean meat with fine marbling offering you the finest flavour and a healthy choice. Their diet, can have for the next 30 days a portion of select silage added to give more flavour and marbling. We have raised them using sustainable free range grazing practices on 640 acres of natural ranch lands. They have had no hormones or antibiotic's. They are under 36 months of age and will tenderize best when you cook them with ingredients to add moisture.
They are sold based on Rail weight so that will determine the price. The end weight seems to be around 70-120 lbs. per quarter finished cut and wrapped. It is Government inspected. It is not graded. If your interested please let us know. There can be sausage made as well.

We have them for sale as frozen, smoked, and as available fresh. You can even try the taste right there either as eat in or take-out.
