As our sales are by demand we schedule many months ahead for your order. Due to limited number of butchers and strict government policies we need to book our dates months ahead of needs. We have found favour in one butcher shop who runs a fabulous business of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
When we ship from the ranch to their location we allow the cattle to settle by bringing them early and allowing them to rescind from transportation stress.
