Ordering a quarter side of beef is easy, give us a call and we can give you details of when and how we can arrange it. The price will fluctuate with the current costs and market conditions, but we try to keep it steady by adjusting the finished weight and timing by monitoring the gain per day ratio. There are a lot of factors that will be part of the delivery scheduale. We currently are selling quarters for customers in the GVRD area only.
